a) Send an email with dates and number of guests (adults/children). Please specify if you wish to reserve the whole villa or just the ground floor. b) We will respond to you within 24 hours and supply our bank details for you to make your payment in full by bank transfer. c)We will hold your reservation for 24 hours. If you do not make the payment, the reservation will be cancelled. d) Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
2) Cancellation policy
a) If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund of 50% will be made to you. b) No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. c) We advise you to take out travel insurance.
3) House rules
On arrival, credit card details will be held in the event that the property or its contents are damaged (routine breakages will not be charged for). a) No pets. b) No smoking inside the property. c) No parties.
